Worst McDonalds I have been to in my life. Person at the drive thru stopped talking to me and when i rolled up to the windows they were extra rude. the total time it took me to get my meal was 20 minutes after i entered the drive thru. To top it off my order was wrong. go figure. I called customer service to complain.

Worst McDonald's ever. The service is terrible. It's worse than going to the DMV. In fact I rather go to the DMV, however sometimes I need some quick food and it's open 24/7. Everything about this place is absurd, the drive through makes you place the order at the window and they take 20 plus mins to get to you. They randomly close the doors when they feel like it even though it says 24/7 lobby. The employees need better training. There are mentally disabled homeless people that can do a better job of taking your order. This McDonald's needs an intervention...

Wish there was an option for minus stars. WORST fast food place ever. I use the drive through to get coffee--and like another reviewer wrote, the 2 lane option is useless. Every other time i order my regular coffee with MILK, the cashier says it 32 cents extra HUH!! This does not happen every time, its random. I ask to speak to the manager, cashier says, shes busy???? Serious FAIL. Finally she comes up and proceeds to explain so made up story about cream being free-- I say, WHY IS IT NOT ON THE MENU? You can not charge extra for something that is not on the menu. She was dumbfounded. I called Corp, and they "took down my complaint and will notify the owner" Based on ALL these horrible reviews, I doubt the owner cares. Too bad, their coffee is great--Going to star bucks from now on.

At this point, McDonald's is McDonald's. They are the same restaurant after restaurant, but every now and then you get the 'special' ones with the playground for the kids or the fake me out "Starbucks Looking Cafe", or the 2-lane drive thru. This one has the latter. But don't think that means you are going to get better service. Since I work down the street (and I obviously am not dieting), I have been to this location a number of times in the past month. I generally get there around 12:30PM to beat all the construction workers, who are working across the street. I was surprised to see the two-lane drive thru when I pulled up, but on two occasions this was a epic fail. I sat there wondering why the outside lane was moving and the server at my lane kept telling me to hold on! I was so frustrated I just decided to pull-up to the first window. I explained that I was NOT happy (and hungry)! The manager happened to be there and immediately got to the bottom if it. The server apologized and immediately took order. So why the one star? Because this happened twice AND they give you a 1-minute timer between windows to see of you get served within 60-seconds or you get a free sandwich. They never make it under 60 seconds and I have racked up 5 free sandwiches in a month. I've shared them with my co-workers, so at least someone is happy.

If I could put zero stars, it would deserve that. Rude rude rude manager. The worst McDonalds I have EVER been to. They forced me to buy a LARGE MEAL when I only wanted chicken nuggets. How is that legal??! You can't refuse to serve what I order because you just want to make more money. WORSE. PLACE. EVER. Calling to complain. What a scheme.

The manager of this location is a jerk with no customer service skills whatsoever. I was at this location 3 days ago and the receipt from this store had a survey which I filled out for a free sandwich and he still gave me a hard time to get the free sandwich and when I said i was going to call McDonalds corporate he just shrugged it off !!! Remember we are the CUSTOMERS with us you wouldn't have a job !!!!

$7 + for a saturated fat meal. A rip off. The people who work there do not speak english. I just ate fries and a chicken sandwich and feel fat hahaah.

Convenient location to grab a drink on the way to the office. Traffic a bit if a problem but I got that one figured now. If you are travelling North on Collins just gotta drive south to do a U-turn....

If a restaurant is open 24/7 which this one is, they understand that people have different schedules. People want to eat and enjoy their food at any hour. How can you tell me I can't get McDonald fries at 7am 'cus you're only serving breakfast. I went back at 10:55am to order "lunch" & the drive thru person made me wait till 11 for me to order even though there was no one in line for breakfast & they had already turned the menu display.

    (2)
  • Andrea C.

The manager Rolando Rojas is the worst manager i have ever seen in my life! It was so uncomfortable to be having breakfast when the manager was screaming at his employees and i quote " i am going to burn your eyes with coffee maybe you ll wake up" just because the lady didnt refill the coffee right then as he demanded. The owners should seriously do something about it, there is ways to be a manager. I wont ever come back here.

I asked for coffee with milk, and the lively manager on duty (there's no other word to describe him) actually handed me a separate cup of lovingly steamed milk. Now *that's* service. There are also plugs by several seats if you need to drop by and charge a phone, etc..

Small location with most staff who don't seem to care, but one of them just shined. While waiting for my order, I overheard the next person in line - a French person, having trouble. I translated to help him out, and then the cashier, herself, switched to French too. Classy move. Then, perhaps just for the comedy, a latino-looking man approached and the server greeted him in Spanish. It was just the perfect scenario and made my day. Food is standard McD's food, and the service was slow, but I left with a smile. Thanks, Merci, Gracias.

7am on a Saturday morning the floor was so sticky, bathrooms 100% filthy, two homeless men one sleeping in a booth and the other asking for someone to buy a couple burritos and coffee for him.... The service was quick considering all the construction workers who were waiting in line. The truth is I didn't eat my food yet because I kind of lost my appetite from the pungent smell of fabuloso!

  • Michael J.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been thru. The people working there are too stupid to function. I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru line to get a medium fries. And they have a very limited menu late nights

  • Alex B.

Went to drive thru with 3 cars upfront of me, took 45 min. Not fast food place, its a slow food place. No napkins, no sous

  • Jeremy A.

One of the worst locations ever. Always slow and the employees are always arguing with each other. Not friendly or smiling service. All three times we were here it was the same.

    (1)
  • Kuya K.

Always Slow service, none of the staff smiles, the manager "Anthony" goes out of his way to show that he doesn't have to say "may I help you" or "thank you" after a transaction. Pretty much the whole store refuses to live up to McDonalds service and customer service standards.
